Fischer Cunnane & Associates Ltd., a Chester County-based CPA firm, has announced its acquisition of Kalos Hutchings & Co. LLC, an accounting, tax, and advisory firm located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This strategic move is designed to expand Fischer Cunnane’s reach and service capabilities across southeastern Pennsylvania, with a particular emphasis on the real estate sector and closely held businesses.
The acquisition brings six experienced professionals from Kalos Hutchings into the Fischer Cunnane team. The Cheltenham Township office of Kalos Hutchings will continue to operate under the new ownership, ensuring continuity for clients. Rick Stiebritz, president and managing shareholder of Fischer Cunnane, stated that the integration is a key part of the firm’s growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its position in Montgomery County and enhancing its expertise in specialized areas.
Founded in the 1960s and headquartered in West Chester, Fischer Cunnane offers a broad range of services including accounting, tax, audit, and advisory solutions to high-net-worth individuals and businesses throughout the greater Philadelphia region. Kalos Hutchings has established a reputation for providing personalized tax, accounting, and business advisory services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, real estate investors, developers, property managers, and privately held companies.

The acquisition has been completed, and clients were notified of the transition. The former Kalos Hutchings office at 8460 Limekiln Pike in Cheltenham Township will remain operational as part of Fischer Cunnane & Associates Ltd.
