Tata Group’s Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) and the IPO-bound Prism, the parent company of OYO, have secured coveted spots among the top 10 firms in the 2026 rankings. Notably, Prism’s valuation has more than doubled, surging by 107 percent to an impressive ₹67,200 crore. This catapults it to the position of India’s second-most valuable unlisted real estate company, trailing only Adani Properties.
