In significant leadership and structural shifts within the insurance sector, Trucordia and Zurich US have both announced key personnel appointments and strategic realignments aimed at driving growth and enhancing client services.
Trucordia, previously known as PCF Insurance Services, has appointed Steve Roberts as its new Executive Vice President of Health Benefits and Financial Services. With over three decades of experience in the healthcare and benefits arena, Roberts is set to spearhead initiatives focused on enhancing client service, strengthening Trucordia’s Health & Benefits Platform, and cultivating strategic partnerships. This move underscores Trucordia’s commitment to expanding its leadership team following its rebranding in 2024, with support from private equity investors.
Concurrently, Zurich US is implementing structural changes within its Specialty Claims division to better support its burgeoning Construction business. Nick Alberts has been promoted to the newly created role of Head of US Construction, Energy and Marine Claims, effective July 1. This realignment is a direct response to the accelerated growth in the construction sector, particularly the booming data center construction market, which has seen substantial increases in project values. Alberts will collaborate with other leaders to ensure Zurich’s claims capabilities effectively meet the evolving needs of customers and brokers in these dynamic sectors.
