Mother comforts crying toddler amidst recalled Cosyland tower stool parts and Amazon packaging.
A significant recall has been issued for over 125,000 Cosyland children’s tower stools sold nationwide, primarily through Amazon. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the recall due to serious safety concerns, including the risk of tip-over, collapse, and entrapment, which could lead to severe injury or even death.
The affected products are Cosyland-branded tower stools, specifically models CS0003 and CS0092-4. These stools, available in natural bamboo and gray finishes, stand approximately 35 inches tall. They were sold on Amazon.com between April 2021 and November 2025 for around $70.
According to the CPSC, the tower stools can become unstable, leading to collapses or tip-overs while in use. The design also presents an entrapment hazard, as a child’s torso could fit through the openings on the front and back sides of the stool.
Cosyland has reportedly received 25 reports detailing stability issues and falls involving these stools. Of these incidents, eight resulted in injuries, ranging from minor cuts and bruises to a fractured arm.
Consumers are strongly advised to immediately stop using the recalled tower stools and ensure they are kept out of reach of children until a remedy is implemented. Cosyland Official, the China-based importer, is offering free repair parts, including protective nets and stabilizing feet, along with installation instructions. Consumers can contact Cosyland Official to receive these parts by mail.
This recall follows a similar incident last month where nearly 13,000 toddler towers from three other brands were recalled due to dozens of injuries reported from collapsing or tipping stools.
