The transaction is now slated to close by July 27, 2026, contingent on approval from Avanos stockholders and the fulfillment of other standard closing conditions. A crucial step in this process is the special meeting for Avanos stockholders, scheduled for July 22, 2026, where the deal will be put to a vote.
