Cork, Ireland – Independent energy solutions firm SE Systems has announced ambitious growth plans, including the creation of 150 new jobs over the next two years and a target to double its annual turnover to €100 million by 2030. The company also aims to expand its operations across Ireland, with new regional hubs planned.
The expansion strategy was revealed by EU Commissioner Michael McGrath during the official opening of SE Systems’ new €3 million headquarters. The 15,000 sq ft facility, located in Dublin Hill, Cork, is A-rated and will serve as the central hub for the company’s expanding operations. This move is driven by increasing demand for energy efficiency, solar, and retrofit solutions from homeowners, communities, and businesses throughout Ireland.
In addition to the new Cork headquarters, SE Systems plans to expand its Dublin office and establish regional hubs in Clare, Donegal, and Louth. Since its founding in 2010, the company has been instrumental in retrofitting nearly 15,000 homes and 2,000 commercial buildings, and has facilitated almost €1 billion in energy-saving grants for its customers.
The 150 new positions will cover a range of roles, including engineering, project management, energy services, software development, and business development. SE Systems is also committed to investing in its workforce through educational partnerships to support this growth.
