Oppo Find X9 Pro: A Powerhouse Smartphone Lands in Europe
Oppo has officially launched its Find X9 and Find X9 Pro flagships in the UK and Europe, bringing impressive features to the forefront. Notably, the global release maintains the original battery capacity, setting a new standard in the European market for long-lasting smartphones. The Find X9 Pro, in particular, stands out with its substantial 7,500mAh battery, promising exceptional endurance.
Exceptional Battery Life and Design
The Find X9 Pro’s battery life is a significant highlight. During testing, the Pro model lasted for three full days with the always-on display turned off and comfortably handled two days with it switched on. This remarkable longevity is achieved thanks to the use of silicon-carbon batteries, which also contribute to the phone’s sleek design, making it thinner than the iPhone 17 Pro.
Impressive Camera Capabilities
The cameras on the Find X9 Pro are also noteworthy. The device boasts a 200-megapixel 3x telephoto lens, which enhances the photographic experience. Even the standard Find X9 offers a triple 50-megapixel camera system with large sensors and fast apertures. The Pro version also has an optional telephoto extender lens accessory, similar to the one offered by Vivo for its X200 Ultra, although availability may vary by region.
Key Features and Specifications
Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and come with 512GB of storage in Europe. Design-wise, they share similarities, featuring rounded circle camera modules and flat-edged displays. However, the Find X9 has a 6.59-inch display, making it slightly smaller than the 6.78-inch Pro. Additional features include IP69 ratings and 80W wired charging. Both phones run on ColorOS 16, based on Android 16. Sadly, there’s no support for magnetic Qi2 charging.
Pricing and Availability
The Find X9 is available to order now, priced at £899 / €999 (around $1,200), with the Pro version priced at £1,099 / €1,299 (around $1,500). (Source: The Verge)
